Sponsor terms

These terms apply when you buy a sponsor bar, email slot or featured listing from IncredAgents LLC ("we"). By paying, you agree to them and to our Terms.

The terms

1. Labeled. Every sponsored placement is marked Sponsored, so readers always know.
2. Our right to say no. We review every product or service before it runs. We can decline or remove any sponsorship that doesn't fit our readers. If we remove yours before it runs, you get a full refund.
3. Refunds. You can get a full refund on request any time before your placement starts. Once a weekly placement starts, we don't refund days that have already run. If we remove a placement for any reason other than a breach of these terms, we refund the days that did not run. You can cancel a featured placement at any time. It stays up until the end of the month you paid for, and we don't refund part of a month. If our site or email has a problem and your placement doesn't show, you choose: we extend it by the time you missed, or we refund that time.
4. No guarantees. We can't promise clicks, signups or sales. We promise the placement you paid for, shown as described.
5. Your content. You confirm your claims are true and that you have the right to use your name, logo and links. We may edit wording for clarity and to match our style.
